Logic Engine
Layer 3 of the 5-Layer Architecture - contextual weighting that links semantic metrics into 221k+ active KPI aggregations.
Definition
The Logic Engine is the third layer of the Sentient 5-Layer Architecture. It links semantic metrics from the Translator into KPIs through dynamic contextual weighting. The same engagement can mean different things depending on context: high engagement with critical sentiment becomes a Risk; the same engagement with solution-oriented intent becomes a Sales Opportunity. No rigid rules - weights adapt to context (live-stream vs evening session, discovery vs conversion mode). The Logic Engine produces 221k+ active KPI aggregations, formatted directly for the Command Center modules. Every weighted signal can be traced back to Sensor and Translator inputs, supporting full audit trails.
Why It Matters
The Logic Engine is where causal analysis meets the decision layer. Context determines meaning - and meaning determines action.
