KPI Aggregation
Modular linking of semantic metrics into business-specific KPIs with contextual weighting. Layer 3 of the architecture.
Definition
KPI Aggregation is Layer 3 of Sentient OS-the Logic Engine that links semantic metrics into business-specific KPIs with contextual weighting. Raw signals from Layer 1 and translated intent from Layer 2 are combined into meaningful business metrics. The aggregation is modular: different business contexts (retail, social commerce, FMCG) weight metrics differently. A KPI might combine engagement quality, match quality, price sensitivity, and temporal factors-each weighted by causal contribution. KPI aggregation produces the metrics that drive Performance Forecasting, Conversion Modeling, and Strategic Guidance. It's the bridge between raw signal and business decision.
Why It Matters
KPI aggregation is how Sentient turns signals into business intelligence. The Logic Engine produces the metrics that drive deterministic execution.
