The Integration Promise
Sentient OS does not replace your existing stack. It sits above it as an intelligent decision layer. Your BI, CRM, ERP, CDP, and data warehouse investments remain. Sentient enhances them by activating dark data and turning retrospective reports into forward-looking, deterministic execution. Integration typically takes 8 weeks across 4 phases.
Phase 1: Discovery and Assessment (Weeks 1-2)
The first phase maps your data landscape. What sources exist? What schemas? What volumes? What refresh frequencies? Which data sources are currently dark (collected but not used for decisions)? This assessment also identifies the highest-impact use cases - the decisions that would benefit most from a decision layer. Typical discovery outputs: a data source inventory, a use case prioritization matrix, and an integration architecture diagram. No data moves during this phase - it is entirely assessment and planning.
Phase 2: Connect and Integrate (Weeks 3-4)
The second phase establishes connections between your data sources and Sentient OS. REST API endpoints are configured. Kafka consumers are set up for stream processing. S3 connections are established for bulk data. SQL queries are defined for database integration. The Sensor begins ingesting signals. The Translator begins classifying intent. The pipeline is operational but not yet producing Command Center outputs. This phase validates that data flows correctly and that signal quality meets requirements.
Phase 3: Pilot and Validate (Weeks 5-6)
The third phase runs a focused pilot with live data. Selected Command Center modules produce real outputs against your data. Performance Forecasting generates projections. Conversion Modeling identifies drivers. The Integrity Layer validates signal quality. Pilot outputs are compared against known outcomes to calibrate the system. This is where you see the decision layer in action and validate that it produces useful intelligence for your specific context.
Phase 4: Scale and Optimize (Weeks 7-8)
The fourth phase expands from pilot to full deployment. Additional data sources are connected. Additional Command Center modules are activated. Team onboarding ensures that campaign managers, analysts, and executives can use the interface effectively. Continuous optimization begins: the system improves as more data flows through the pipeline, archetypes are refined, and causal models gain confidence.
What Does Not Change
Your existing data warehouse continues to store data. Your CDP continues to manage customer profiles. Your CRM continues to track relationships. Your BI tools continue to produce reports. None of these systems are disrupted, modified, or replaced. Sentient OS consumes data from them (through standard interfaces) and adds intelligence. The decision layer is additive, not substitutive.
Ongoing Operation
After deployment, Sentient OS operates continuously. The Sensor ingests signals in real time. Nami orchestrates the pipeline. The Command Center produces intelligence. Engineering teams monitor through standard observability tools. No ongoing migration or maintenance projects - the system runs as infrastructure.
