Why Orchestration Matters
A 5-Layer Architecture and 8 Command Center modules are impressive on paper. But without orchestration, they are isolated components that cannot produce unified decisions. Nami is the conductor that ensures every signal captured by the Sensor reaches the right module at the right time with the right context. It is the difference between an orchestra performing a symphony and musicians playing different pieces simultaneously.
Context-Sensitive Routing
Nami does not route signals generically. It routes them with context. A live-stream interaction gets different routing priority than an evening shopping session. Discovery-mode signals get different weighting than conversion-mode signals. A morning product review session gets different orchestration than a late-night impulse browse. Nami reads context in real time and adjusts which models get priority, which data streams are weighted, and which agents are activated. The same user generates different orchestration depending on what they are doing right now.
Backpressure Management
In high-volume environments - social commerce during a live shopping event, retail during a flash sale - signal volume can spike dramatically. Nami manages backpressure: when downstream modules are overloaded, it prioritizes signals by impact rather than dropping them. Critical signals (purchase intent, fraud detection) get fast-tracked. Lower-priority signals (background browsing, passive engagement) are queued without loss. No dark data is created even under peak load.
Handschrift - The Operational Signature
Handschrift (German for "handwriting" or "signature") is the governance concept within Nami. It ensures that no unvalidated model changes reach production. No wild A/B tests on live traffic. No experimental algorithms running unsupervised. Guardrails define what the system is allowed to do, and Nami enforces them. This is the operational signature that distinguishes disciplined orchestration from experimental chaos. The conductor follows the score.
Pipeline Traceability
Every signal that flows through Nami is traceable. From Sensor capture through Translator classification, Logic Engine weighting, DNA vector encoding, Pattern Recognition clustering, and Command Center module processing - the full path is logged and auditable. When Strategic Guidance produces a recommendation, the orchestration path that produced it can be reconstructed. This traceability is essential for compliance, debugging, and continuous improvement.
LikeTik Through Nami
LikeTik, the experience layer, receives all its intelligence through Nami. Every score, recommendation, archetype, and conversion model that appears in the interface was orchestrated by the conductor. Campaign managers interact with the result of orchestration - not with raw data or individual model outputs.
