Customer Data Platform (CDP)
Platform unifying customer data. Sentient goes beyond CDPs by adding a decision layer, not just data aggregation.
Definition
A Customer Data Platform (CDP) unifies customer data from multiple sources into a single view-identity resolution, profile stitching, and activation. CDPs aggregate; they don't necessarily decide. Sentient OS goes beyond CDPs by adding a decision layer: we don't just unify your data, we activate it into real-time decisions. The platform integrates with your CDP (and BI, ERP, data warehouse) through standard interfaces. Data flows in; decisions flow out. Sentient sits above the CDP as an intelligent layer that transforms unified profiles into persona vectors, archetypal segments, and prescriptive recommendations. CDP + Decision Layer = activation.
Why It Matters
Sentient complements CDPs. We add the decision layer that transforms unified data into executable intelligence.

Dark Data
Corporate data never analyzed for decisions, rotting in silos. Sentient OS activates this invisible asset.
Persona Vectors

Decision Layer
An intelligent system that sits above existing stack and activates it. Not another dashboard-a system that decides.
Business Intelligence (BI)
